About The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, and delivering a world-class customer experience aligned with the standards of the luxury brands we represent. You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, mentoring consultants, and ensuring consistent execution of premium retail practices.

In this role you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the dealership
• Oversee daily sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales team members
• Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maximise opportunities
• Partner with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams to optimise the customer journey
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Represent the dealership and brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
• Experience working with prestige or luxury automotive brands (highly regarded)
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, reporting, and compliance requirements
