We are currently seeking experienced Urgent Care RNs to join our expanding team on either a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible shift options available across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

About the Role

As an Urgent Care RN, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and patient-centred care within a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing clinical triage and patient assessments
• Identifying and escalating patient deterioration where required
• Delivering front-line nursing and procedural care
• Assisting with treatment room procedures and acute presentations
• Collaborating closely with medical practitioners and the wider clinical team
• Providing compassionate and professional patient care
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting a safe and positive workplace culture

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, hands-on care, teamwork, and working within an evolving and growing healthcare model.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Emergency Department
• Triage
• ICU/CCU
• Rural or Remote Nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to recognise and escalate patient deterioration appropriately
• Confidence working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• A genuine passion for patient-centred care

You will also be required to provide:

• Working With Children Check
• National Police Check
