Russell Heale Screw Piling is a well-established Gold Coast family business with over 30 years of experience in the piling industry. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator / HC Driver to join our team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating excavators for screw piling installations

• Machine pre-starts and daily maintenance

• Transporting machinery and equipment to and from project sites

• Working closely with our installation crews on commercial and residential projects

• Loading and unloading machinery safely

• Some travel away from home will be required (short periods only)

About You

You will have:

• Experience operating excavators in construction, civil or piling works

• Construction white card

• Minimum HC Licence with float experience.

• Applicants with an HR Licence will also be considered if they are willing to upgrade to an HC Licence

• A strong commitment to workplace safety

• A positive attitude, reliability and a solid work ethic

• The ability to work well within a team and represent our company professionally on site
