About the Role

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to drive operational excellence, inspire educational quality, and lead a high-performing team.

You will:

• Support the day-to-day leadership and operations of the centre
• Mentor, coach and develop educators to achieve their full potential
• Foster strong relationships with children, families and the local community
• Support occupancy growth through positive family engagement and community partnerships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and National Quality Standards
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
• Assist in achieving operational, financial and quality objectives

About You

You are a passionate leader who enjoys building capability in others and creating positive outcomes for children, families, and educators.

You'll bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience in an Assistant Centre Manager, Centre Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
• Experience leading teams and driving positive centre culture
• Sound knowledge of compliance, operational and safety requirements
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
