Part-Time or Full Time | Residential AOD Treatment | Arrow Health

Arrow Health is looking for an engaging, motivated and compassionate Program Facilitator to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is an opportunity to work directly with people undertaking residential treatment for alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns, supporting them to build insight, develop practical recovery skills and create meaningful and sustainable change.
At Arrow Health, we provide comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment through a combination of medical care, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, structured programs and recovery-focused support.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and strong therapeutic skills, and who genuinely enjoys working with people throughout their recovery journey.
About the Role
As a Program Facilitator, you will play an important role in the delivery of our residential rehabilitation program.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, contribute to individual treatment planning and provide case management support throughout a resident’s treatment journey.
