As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Fleet Controller Trainee to join our Sydney Operations Centre and become an integral part of our business.
About the Role – Fleet Controller Trainee
This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule, based in Northmead.
This hands-on training role is designed for individuals seeking a long-term career in transport and logistics. As a Fleet Controller Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to manage fleet operations, coordinate drivers, and efficiently allocate jobs.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with job allocation and fleet coordination.
Supporting drivers and clients with their inquiries.
Learning to strategically allocate work to maximise efficiency.
Collaborating closely with the operations and allocation teams.
Assisting with general depot operations and freight management.
Handling basic administrative tasks to support the team.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Have full working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
Have good knowledge of the Sydney area (or a willingness to learn).
Are reliable, have their own transport, and possess a strong work ethic.
Have basic computer literacy (training will be provided).
Exhibit a proactive and team-focused mindset.
