Want to work on an iconic local project? Clough is in alliance with the Water Corporation and Jacobs, to deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities.The scope of the project includes upgrading the facility's sludge treatment processing system. This will enable the recovery of biosolids for agricultural use. The solid material, known as biosolids, will be used as a soil conditioner. Another by-product of the sludge treatment process is biogas, which can be used as a source of energy. Who you are:Your role will include: Install and operate rigging equipment such as chain blocks, slings, pulleys and winches to lift lower, move or position machinery, spools, structural steel and other heavy objects. Assess objects to be moved, estimate their size, shape and weight and determine the type of rigging equipment necessary to lift the object safely. Inspect and maintain rigging equipment Read, interpret and follow lift plans and procedures.
