Support Worker - Launceston

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to provide in-home support services to clients across the Launceston.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will help promote clients' independence by assisting with daily activities, encouraging skill development, and supporting their involvement in community activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, empowering them to live life to the fullest.

Based in Launceston, you will support clients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence while achieving their personal goals.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and can provide flexible, tailored support to meet the needs of our clients.

What you'll need:

• Certificate III in Community Services, Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or another relevant qualification
• Physical ability to support clients with mobility and daily living activities
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current National Police Check, or the ability to obtain one
• Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration with NDIS endorsement (or the ability to obtain one)
