Retail Department Manager - Highpoint

An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Womenswear Department Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Highpoint Concept Store. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.Exposure to stock volumes and stock management.Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.High personal standards in providing superior customer service
