About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in Early Childhood Education, where you will work alongside qualified educators while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

·        Support educators in providing high-quality care and education

·        Assist in creating a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment

·        Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

·        Learn and follow centre policies and procedures

·        Actively participate in your Certificate III traineeship

About You

·        Passion for working with children and supporting their development

·        Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

·        Good communication skills

·        Reliable, positive, and motivated attitude

Willing to obtain

·       NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

·       First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates (ACECQA-approved)

·       Food Handling Certificate

·       Child Safety Commitment

Our service is committed to upholding child safety and the wellbeing of children. Employment is subject to a valid NSW Working With Children Check, reference checks and adherence to the NSW Child Safe Standards.
