MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL & MINING | BODDINGTON SITE

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Newmont Boddington. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, perfect for someone who knows mobile plant inside out and thrives on keeping machines and people running at their best.

Your Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified (HD Fitter/Mechanical – essential)
• Proven leadership in mobile plant maintenance (civil/mining)
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor (or willing to obtain)
• Strong mechanical knowledge + hands-on problem solving
• Confident with systems, apps & digital job tracking
• Solid grasp of WHS compliance & safety-first culture
• WA Driver’s License (HR desirable)
• Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi earthmoving gear
• Background with Kenworth & Mack trucks + ancillary equipment
• Strong communicator, able to liaise with crews, clients & suppliers

The Role

• Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities
• Mentor and guide your crew to deliver safely and efficiently
• Manage breakdowns and keep maintenance schedules on track
• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues
• Ensure plant is safe, reliable, and ready to perform

Pre-Employment

• National Police Clearance
• Pre-employment medical & D&A screen
