About the Role

We're seeking experienced electrical professionals to work across Western Suburbs projects. This is an opportunity to be part of a company that combines the resources of a large contractor with genuine family values.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Electrical Leading Hand

- Current NSW Electrical Licence or Contractor Licence

- Valid White Card for Construction Induction Safety

- Proven experience installing and repairing electrical systems and equipment

- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

- Professional appearance and take pride in delivering high-quality work

- Thrive in dynamic, outdoor work settings

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment

- Lead and supervise team members on-site

- Interpret technical documentation and ensure compliance with electrical codes

- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems

- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
