About the Role

We are seeking a driven, hard-working team player with a fantastic attitude to join our Perth team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will split your time between hands-on vehicle installations in the workshop, supporting our protective film team, managing online order fulfillment, and completing local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Accessory Installation: Assist in installing vehicle solar panels, auto-electrical components, and general vehicle accessories to standard.

• PPF & Coating Support: Assist senior applicators with surface prep, paint protection film (PPF) applications, and ceramic coatings.

• Warehouse & Logistics: Pick, pack, and prepare online orders accurately for dispatch; maintain workshop cleanliness and inventory organization.

• Delivery Driving: Execute Perth metro deliveries standard two days per week, ensuring safe transport and professional customer interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• Work Ethic & Attitude: Highly motivated, punctual, accountable, and eager to learn new technical skills.

• Driving License: Valid, unrestricted Western Australian C-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Hands-On Aptitude: Comfortable working with basic power tools and handling automotive hardware safely.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to vehicle care, surface prep, and accurate order picking.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift packages, perform manual workshop duties, and stay active throughout the day.
