About the role

After Lash is looking for an experienced Lash Technician to join our friendly and growing team. We are an established lash salon with a strong existing client base and consistent bookings. We're looking for someone who is passionate about lashes, reliable, and confident in delivering beautiful, high-quality work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lash extension applications using Classic, Hybrid ,Volume and wispy techniques

• Maintain good lash retention and clean application standards

• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results

• Apply good understanding of lash health, isolation and styling

• Provide excellent customer service

• Work independently and as part of a team

About you

• Previous experience as a Lash Technician

• Confident in Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions

• Good lash retention and clean application

• Good understanding of lash health, isolation and styling

• Reliable, friendly and professional

• Excellent customer service skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
