Receptionist

• Greet visitors and manage front desk enquiries professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and general enquiries.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail securely.
• Order and manage office, kitchen, and stationery supplies.
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
• Complete monthly reporting, including invoicing and occupancy.
• Update and maintain administrative processes and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to Office Management and the wider team.
• Conduct final apartment inspections and document damages.
• Maintain inspection records and reports.
• Manage keys, swipe fobs, and issue key packs with accurate records.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required.

• Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.  
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
