About the role
Shape the Future of Retirement in Australia
At Hostplus, we're driven by a simple but powerful purpose: helping our members achieve a better retirement.
As one of Australia's leading superannuation funds, we're entering an exciting new chapter in our retirement journey. To help deliver on this ambition, we're seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Head of Retirement Strategy Delivery.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most strategically significant priorities for our Fund. If you're energised by turning strategy into action, influencing enterprise-wide outcomes and driving real impact in a complex environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a 12-month maximum-term contract position.

About You
You are an accomplished strategic leader with a track record of driving complex enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through to execution. You are comfortable operating in environments where influence matters more than authority and where success depends on bringing people together around a shared outcome.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving accountability, creating alignment and delivering outcomes that genuinely improve members' lives.
This is an opportunity to:
