Australian Venue Co. is looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join The Colonist Tavern in Norwood at an incredibly exciting time for the venue.

The Colonist is currently undergoing a $3.5 million transformation, bringing a fresh new chapter to one of Norwood's much-loved venues.

This is more than stepping into an existing operation - it's an opportunity to help build a new team, shape the culture and be part of bringing the newly transformed venue to life.

Salary: $80,000-$82,000 + super
Bonus: Up to $5,000 per year, paid quarterly

With a major renovation underway, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Help build and develop a new team
  
• Play a key role in establishing the venue's new culture and standards

• Work alongside the Venue Manager to drive day-to-day operations

• Has previous hospitality management or strong supervisory experience
  
• Leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  
• Loves building great teams and positive workplace cultures

• Understands operational standards, labour and cost control
