About Us

Creative Connection is a creative counselling and psychotherapy practice based in The Grange, supporting children, tweens, and teens through individual counselling, group programs, and cognitive assessments. Our approach blends evidence-based therapeutic practice with art, imagination, and hands-on creativity because kids often show us who they are through what they make, not just what they say.

The Role

Each counsellor is unique, make it your own. Individual and group work with kids, tweens and teens.

- Employment type: Casual, with genuine scope to grow into a full-time permanent role as our team and client base expand quickly.

- Focus: Group creative counselling with children and tweens, with opportunities to contribute to group programs. Also individual counselling.

About You

- ACA registration at Level 2 or 3 or PACFA

- A genuine love of working with children and tweens

- Experience with (or strong enthusiasm for) creative, art-based, and play-based therapeutic approaches.

- Warm, attuned, and confident building trust with young clients and their families

- Collaborative, happy to be part of a small, values-driven team
