We’re opening a brand new BFT studio in Watergardens and are looking for energetic, motivated Coaches to join the team from day one.

Whether you’re an experienced PT, a group fitness coach, or a trainer looking to step into a high-performance studio environment – we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a BFT Coach, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience – delivering high-energy group training sessions, supporting members to achieve results, and contributing to a strong, positive studio culture.

You’ll be coaching real people, in real time, in a structured training environment that blends strength, conditioning, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coaching group training sessions across a variety of BFT programs

• Delivering a high-energy, motivating and safe training environment

• Building strong relationships with members and supporting their progress

• Providing technique correction, guidance, and encouragement

• Helping drive member retention through great coaching and connection

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness

• Experience in group training, personal training, or gym instruction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, high-energy coaching style

• A focus on member experience and safety

• A team-first attitude
