Admin Staff / Business Development Coordinator

Angel Institute of Education is expanding our Port Lincoln team! We're looking for an organised, people-focused individual to join us as an Admin Staff / Business Development Coordinator.

Location: Office-based in Port Lincoln, with local travel to business clients
Requirement: Own transport essential (for client visits around Port Lincoln)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in the Port Lincoln office
Handle student and client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Support enrolment processing and student onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with local business clients and community partners
Travel locally to meet with business clients to discuss training needs and partnership opportunities
Identify and follow up on new business development leads within the Port Lincoln region
Assist with promoting Angel Institute courses to local employers and community organisations
Provide general office support and assist the wider team as required

What we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident engaging with clients face-to-face and over the phone
Well-organised with good administrative/computer skills
Own reliable transport (must-have)
Previous admin, customer service, or business development experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
