We're looking for a Casual Property Manager to work alongside our Director and Office Manager to help care for our rental department.

About the Role

• Assist with the day-to-day management of our residential rental portfolio.

• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.

• Coordinate maintenance and inspections.

• Conduct routine inspections when required.

• Provide outstanding customer service while working as part of a close-knit team.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management.

• Current Estate Agent Representative Certificate (Victoria).

• Current Victorian driver's licence.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for property management.
