Ready to move beyond compliance and take real ownership of your clients? This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join an established Perth accounting and advisory firm where you'll have
genuine client ownership, direct Partner exposure and a clear pathway towards Manager.
You'll manage a quality portfolio of SME and privately owned clients while developing your skills across
Business Services, Tax and Advisory.
This is a role for someone who wants more than simply processing compliance work — you'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, contribute to advisory conversations and progressively take on greater responsibility.

What you'll be doing - Manage a portfolio of SME and privately owned clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, BAS and IAS.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a key point of contact across your client portfolio.
- Assist with tax planning and broader business advisory matters.
- Work directly with Managers and Partners on more complex client matters.
- Review work completed by junior accountants and support their development.
- Identify opportunities to provide clients with broader accounting and advisory solutions.
What we're looking for - 3+ years' experience in Australian public practice accounting.
- Strong Business Services and Tax experience.
- Experience managing or working with a portfolio of clients.
- CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing towards completion.
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
- Confident communication and client relationship skills.
- Someone who wants to continue developing towards a Manager-level role.
