Chef de Partie

• have qualifications in commercial cookery( Vert IV or higher)
• have a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial kitchens
• have good communication skills and have the ability to work unsupervised or in a team
• have an understanding of OH & S and food hygiene requirements
• have ability to produce on trend, innovative, fresh and modern food. Experience in multi cuisine
• be capable of designing new and creative seasonal menu for Daytime Cafe / Wine Bar snacks/ Events & Functions( up to 150p) and Catering
• be responsible for all the day to day running of the kitchens.
• possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• be cool under pressure, professional and respectful always

Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
