What you’ll be doing

✨ Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.

✨ Helping customers with orders, returns, exchanges and product questions.

✨ Solving problems with empathy, positivity and a “we’ve got this” attitude.

✨ Working closely with our Warehouse, Retail, Marketing & Buying teams to create seamless customer experiences.

✨ Keeping customer records up to date and spotting ways we can make things even better.

You’re our person if you…

💛 Have 1–2 years of customer service experience.

💛 Love talking to people and communicating clearly (written and verbal).

💛 Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball.

💛 Are organised, proactive and solutions-focused.

💛 Enjoy working as part of a supportive team but are equally happy working independently.

💛 Have experience using Microsoft Office. Bonus points if you’ve used Shopify, Gorgias or similar customer service platforms.
