About this role

As a Lending Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex lending applications and providing tailored lending solutions that support members' financial goals. You'll work closely with members throughout the entire lending journey, conducting assessments, providing guidance, and delivering a seamless experience from application through to settlement.

What you'll be doing

• Managing end-to-end home lending and credit applications across multiple channels
• Conducting credit assessments and preparing high-quality lending recommendations
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with members through proactive communication
• Identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships through complementary products and services
• Supporting members through the application, approval and settlement process while ensuring compliance with lending regulations

What you'll bring

• FSR Tier 2 (RG146) accreditation
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Previous lending experience within banking or financial services
• Strong credit assessment and responsible lending knowledge
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving quality outcomes
