About the Role: We are looking for an experienced barber with strong leadership skills to take on a dual barbering and managerial role. The ideal candidate will: Have experience managing a team of at least five barbers. Be proficient in staff rostering to ensure smooth operations.

Have experience managing payroll, including processing weekly salaries for barbers. Take pride in their craft and maintain high standards of service and professionalism. What
