About Us:
Killen Koster Grazing is a family-owned business operating across 80 000 acres, in the Maranoa Region of Queensland and North-Western New South Wales. Our focus is on producing high-quality beef through regenerative grazing practices that improve soil health, pasture productivity, and long-term sustainability.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Hand to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
Mustering and yard work of cattle and seasonal goats.
Containment Feeding Livestock:
Mixing Feeds
Monitor livestock health and welfare including identifying, diagnosing, and treating sick or injured animals.
Maintenance of feeding equipment and facilities
Machinery operation and general maintenance of:
Bobcat
Telehandler
Loader - Earthworks and stick raking.
Feed Mixers and Augers
Basic property maintenance including:
Construct and maintain fencing.
Welding, yard construction, and general infrastructure repairs.
Water system development and maintenance.
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of farm equipment.
Assist with weed and regrowth management.
