Are you an experienced finance administration professional looking for your next opportunity?

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Financial Support Officers to join our Financial Support team. We currently have a number of opportunities available, including temporary part-time positions and casual opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your finance administration experience within a collaborative and customer-focused environment. You'll work across a variety of functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, rates administration, reconciliations and financial support services, helping ensure the efficient delivery of financial operations across the organisation. In return, you'll enjoy meaningful work, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to services that benefit the local community.

About you

You have a Certificate IV in Accounting or a related qualification, along with experience in accounts or financial administration. You enjoy working with numbers, solving problems and delivering great customer service. With strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, you're confident working with financial systems and building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. Experience in local government or the public sector will be highly regarded.
