The Opportunity

We’re urgently looking for Disability Support Workers living in the Greater Melbourne area near Ivanhoe In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagementAssisting with transport, shopping, and outingsDelivering personal care with dignity and respectSupporting with domestic tasks and meal preparationHoist & PEG feeding assistance

What You’ll Get

Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leadersPaid induction and continuous trainingRegular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm)Minimum 3 days availability required

What We’re Looking For

Caring, empathetic, and reliable individualsWillingness to learn and growCert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)Community/aged care experienceDriver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
