We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our well-established organisation on a full-time basis. You’ll lead our new vehicle sales team at our Fawkner dealership, representing brands including Kia, Chery, Jaecoo, LDV, along with a strong used car department, and drive outstanding results across the board.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven track record in automotive sales leadership

• Strong closing and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer follow-up

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building ability

• Professional presentation and reliability

• Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset

• Computer literacy (ERA & Microsoft preferred)

• Management of online inventory
