ABOUT THE ROLE

Plays a significant role in the daily supervision of the operations and the team, maintains sanitation standards, and assists talent and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to; 

• Displays hands on leadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Reiterate and identify training needs for brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all our guests
• Foster a positive and fun culture for the team to improve team relationships and performance 
• Communicate effectively with the team so they can perform at their best
• Ensure Talent are working together collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests needs
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to hotel standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. 
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. 
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
