The Opportunity

Conduct commercial valuations across Melbourne's northern and western suburbs, Geelong and major regional centres, with a focus on industrial and retail properties. Build strong relationships with banking clients, private clients and internal stakeholders. Undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data and creating quality reports within a high performance environment. Utilise our extensive market data and further your career within a global market leader.

This role is ideal for a commercial valuer seeking strong fee-writing opportunities, diverse valuation work and clear pathways for career progression.

About You

Experienced CPV with commercial valuation experience looking to further your career. Self-motivated with solid research and data management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in report writing, data analysis and financial modelling. Demonstrated initiative and the confidence to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide valuers, including reviewing reports, providing technical feedback and helping less experienced team members work through complex valuation scenarios. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills with the ability to learn new systems.
