READY SET DANCE is looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Merchandise Manager to take ownership of our ecommerce and merchandise business and help drive its next stage of growth.

This role puts you at the centre of what we sell and how we sell it - from identifying new product opportunities and managing suppliers, to improving our Shopify store performance, margins and customer experience. You’ll bring ideas, commercial thinking and a proactive mindset to a role with real freedom to build, improve and make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Grow the Store

• Own Shopify performance and drive revenue, conversion and profitability.

• Use data to build promotions, bundles and growth opportunities.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Social and Design to optimise campaigns, launches and customer experience.

• Stay ahead of ecommerce and competitor trends.

Shape the Products

• Build our merchandise roadmap and identify new product opportunities.

• Source and manage suppliers locally and internationally.

• Take products from concept to launch, coordinating samples, testing, compliance and production.

• Protect margins and manage pricing, MOQs and quality issues.

Improve the Economics

• Understand true product profitability across freight, shipping and costs.

• Manage freight and negotiate competitive rates.

• Review carriers, platforms and inventory to reduce costs and improve margins.

Bring the Team Together

• Coordinate launches, campaigns and events across multiple teams.

• Keep ecommerce and merchandise initiatives moving from idea to delivery.

About You

You may come from ecommerce, buying, product development or consumer products. What matters most is your commercial mindset, curiosity and drive.

Ideally you:

• Have solid ecommerce experience (Shopify preferred).

• Understand sourcing, product development or merchandise.

• Know margins, pricing and inventory fundamentals.

• Are confident negotiating with suppliers.

• Are comfortable with data and Excel.

• Are organised, proactive and great with cross‑functional teams. Experience with freight, importing, carriers, Zoho or Starshipit is a bonus.
