East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited rural health service providing acute, aged care, community and primary health services across five campuses in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires of north-west Victoria.
An exciting fixed-term opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Education team as a Clinical Support Nurse, providing leave coverage until 18 April 2027.
Working under the direction of the Education Coordinator, you will collaborate with managers and clinical staff to support the learning and professional development of undergraduate and graduate nurses, students and trainees across EWHS. You will facilitate clinical learning, provide mentorship and leadership, and help build a skilled, confident and capable workforce.
In addition, you will contribute to organisation-wide education programs within your areas of expertise, promoting evidence-based practice, reflective learning and continuous improvement to enhance the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
