About the Role

As the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing day-to-day support to the General Manager and wider Victorian team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
• Supporting the leadership team in maintaining our client relationship management (CRM) system
• Assisting with HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding employees
• Managing office operations, including ordering office supplies, organising catering, setting up meeting rooms and maintaining a professional office environment
• Providing basic IT support, including phones, meeting room technology and liaising with the IT Helpdesk when required
• Supporting internal wellbeing initiatives, company events and team engagement activities
• Assisting with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Administration or similar support role
• Experience within the construction industry is highly desirable but not essential
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• A positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn and grow
