Registered Nurse

Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Campbelltown Residential Facility on a part-time basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting older people's dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care
• Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs during the shifts
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift
• Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained
• Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid certificate
• Current Manual Handling certificate

• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
