MCCI is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist to our award-winning team. Based in beautiful Wollongong, MCCI is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to empowering people from diverse backgrounds to live well, stay independent, and feel connected.

In this role, you will:

• Assess clients’ needs, abilities, and challenges

• Diagnose and treat conditions related to movement and pain

• Support clients with rehabilitation (acute injuries, pre/post-surgical recovery)

• Provide manual therapy, aids, strapping, and education on safe movement

• Deliver group and individual sessions at either client’s homes, MCCI venues, or community facilities

• Reduce risks and promote safety through proactive approaches

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and their families

What we’re looking for:

• Current accreditation as a physiotherapist with the Australian Physiotherapy Association

• Experience with client management systems

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• A passion for supporting people aged 65+ from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

• Experience with women’s health highly regarded
