About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Trevor West Menswear in the vibrant suburb of South Yarra, Victoria. As a full-time Retail Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring their needs are met

• Maintaining an organised and visually appealing retail space by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the store clean and tidy

• Developing product knowledge to offer customers informed recommendations and advice

• Operation of POS and general computer skills

• Contributing to the overall success of the store by actively participating in team meetings and supporting store initiatives

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, with Tailoring /Sewing experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or customer service roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a well-organised and visually appealing retail environment

• A positive attitude and the enthusiasm to be a proactive member of a collaborative team

• Availability to work Tuesday -Saturday

• Australian permanent residents only
