About the role
Operation Flinders Foundation exists to transform the lives of young people through challenging, adventure-based programs, including our core Flinders Ranges program. Strong partnerships and community support are vital to making our work with young people possible.
We’re looking for an organised, relationship-focused Partnerships Administration Coordinator to support our partnerships, fundraising and stakeholder engagement activities and help us continue making a difference in young lives.
This is a part-time (2 days per week) position.
About the roleWorking closely with our Head of Partnerships and Engagement, you’ll provide administrative and operational support across partnerships, fundraising, donor engagement and membership.
This is a varied coordination role for someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with people and takes genuine satisfaction in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
maintaining partnership, donor and membership records in HubSpot
coordinating sponsor communications, meetings, presentations and recognition activities
keeping track of partnership commitments and making sure agreed benefits are delivered
assisting with sponsorship proposals, renewals and partnership documentation
supporting grant acquittals, funding reports and fundraising activities
preparing reports on sponsorship, fundraising and stakeholder engagement
assisting with sponsorship invoicing and income tracking
coordinating membership applications, renewals and enquiries
supporting partner visits, events and other engagement activities.
About you
You’ll ideally bring:
experience in an administration or coordinator role
excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
strong written and verbal communication skills
confidence working with databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
the ability to juggle competing priorities and follow things through
a warm, professional approach to customer service and stakeholder relationships
the ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team.
Experience with HubSpot, partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising, membership administration or the not-for-profit sector would be a bonus.
A Certificate IV or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Fundraising or a related area is desirable, although equivalent experience is equally valued.
