Experienced Club / Pub Assistant Manager

The GC's number 1 entertainment Club is now hiring an Assistant Manager for an exciting year ahead.

This is a Club like no other, we have broken the mould and provided our locals with high energy live bands, special events, an award winning dining restaurant and coffee outlet, awesome oceanfront beer garden and an over 18's premium cocktail bar on the 1st floor with views from Miami Hill to Greenmount.

The salary offering is $90,000 + super + meal allowance + 9 days off per month + 5 weeks A/L + a weekend off each month on a flexible rotating roster.

Who we are looking for;

• Minimum 2 years as a senior manager experienced in licensed venues

• Ability to Manage teams of up to 30 staff in a variety of roles/departments spread across the Club

• Thrive during busy periods and can handle high volume patron numbers

• Practical knowledge of all relevant duties required of a Manager - Cash Handling, TAB, Keno, Gaming, Bar, Restaurant FOH, Entertainment, POS and all back of house duties including DTS

• Hold all relevant licenses - RMLV, RSA, RSG

• Creative thinker who isn't afraid to put forward new or "out of the box ideas" to keep the job and our venue exciting

• Currently living on the Gold Coast and have availability over a 7 day rotating roster

• Australian citizenship is required for this position
