We're looking for a motivated part time Finance & Billings Coordinator to join our Finance Team in Tullamarine. This role is 22.5 hours based across the 5 working days.

Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your finance career or an experienced administrator looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an entry-level to junior finance opportunity where you'll learn all aspects of billing, customer accounts and finance administration while working alongside an experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer invoicing and billing administration

• Account reconciliations and payment allocation

• Customer account support

• Assisting with debtor management activities

• Processing credits and refunds

• Supporting month-end finance activities

• Building your finance and business administration skills
