The Role

We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large scale Commercial Landscape projects across Sydney, with packages valued at $10 million+

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is more than a delivery role, it’s about ownership. You will take projects from award to completion, leading teams, driving performance and ensuring every project reflects the Solutions Plus standard. This role offers a genuine pathway through to Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for the right person.

You will have real autonomy, strong executive support and the opportunity to influence outcomes, not just report on them.

• Full lifecycle delivery of large scale Commercial projects $10m+
• Safety first site leadership
• Program, cost and margin control
• High performing site teams
• Strong subcontractor management
• Client satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Project Management experience delivering Commercial Landscape or Civil Earthworks packages at scale
• Strong commercial and financial discipline
• Full Australian working rights
• Clear, confident leadership style
