Receptionist / Front Office - NRMA Toowoon Bay

We’re looking for a welcoming, customer-focused Receptionist / Office person to join us on a casual basis at NRMA Toowoon Bay Holiday Park.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in (or the ability to quickly learn) booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous

• Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents 

• Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is a must

• Being friendly and helpful to be able to deliver a high level of customer service

• Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments as required

• Strong administration, written, verbal skills

This role requires flexibility of shifts to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and other peak trading periods, please don't apply if this is not possible.
