Duties

• Safe and high quality operation of various machinery (Excavator, Loader, Roller, Skid Steer, Water Truck, Body Tipper)

• Inspecting and Checking Plant through daily prestart

• Work autonomously and in a team environment

• Knowledge and understanding of Civil Earthworks and Pavements and construction methodologies

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced All Round Machine Operator to join our knowledgeable team.

You will operate various pieces of equipment and ensure that all works/construction processes are to the highest of quality and are carried out in a safe manner.

Skills and Experience 

• Previous experience on roads and infrastructure projects 

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the civil construction industry as an all round operator

• An experienced final Trim Excavator Operator is Desirable

• Experience with the use of GPS Systems is Desirable 

• Possess an OHS Construction Industry white card

• Possess an open driver's license

• Other plant operating tickets and/or HR or HC/MC license is preferable

• High regard to safety

• Be prepared to travel to remote sites/projects as required

• Be available to work flexible work hours as required
