Description:

Enphase is seeking Technical Support Technician to join our Customer Service Organization to provide on-site support to customers of our Storage and Solar products. This role will be responsible to make sure best in class service is provided to customers by working in close coordination with Engineering, Training, Sales, Customer Service, Product Line Management and Facilities.

Responsibilities

Travel is required to cover the area of responsibilities of our customers.Service of Enphase (internal) PV and Storage systems in area of the Field Service Technician. Attend customer sites and update Enphase CS with resolution details.Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behaviorComplete solar maintenance reports and paperworkComplete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changesUtilize relevant tools such as drills, level, square, tape measure, ladders, etc.Run conduit, copper pipe, flex, and pull wireParticipate in regular safety trainingsMaintain tool management standardsRespond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer servicePerform other duties as needed or directedCommits to OH&S Standard Safety procedures, above all else on jobsitesTrains new installers on Enphase best practice installationsDetail Oriented, ability to review designs and develop a job specific BOSAbility to work independently without oversightCommitted to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high workmanship standards

Requirements

5+ years’ experience specific to electrical installations and serviceCommercial or Residential Electrical license required EG A gradeClean Energy Council accreditation – Desired Enphase will arrange for the training if not heldValid state drivers license plus insurable, clean work vehicle/van REQUIREDEffective communication skills; Presentation skills.Ability to work/complete/integrate multiple tasksAbility to learn various skills associated with tool use for a wide array of home improvement activitiesDetail oriented, accurate and thoroughPossess positive team spirit and inspire same in co-workersPossess integrity and ethicsFlexible and adaptable. Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected eventsAbility to follows instructions; respond to management directionExhibit sound and accurate judgment and decision-making abilitiesTime management skills.Knowledge of and observance of safety and security proceduresProficient in use of Microsoft Word / Excel.Availability to work outside regular business hours when requiredProficiency in reading and implementing plan sets
