We are looking to employ a Accounts/Administrator who will support our VERY BUSY head office in Lansvale, 2166.

This is a Full Time hours permanent position .

 If you are the right candidate with the right attitude, we will provide you with full training. 

Duties include but not limited to:

• Entering EFT/Credit Card receipts from Bank Statement

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable (Chasing Overdue Accounts)

• Payroll (advantage but not necessary)

• Fixing queries from customers

• Any accounts functions - Entering Payments, Receipts. etc

• Relief Reception

• Data Entry: Invoicing and emailing customers their invoices

• adhering to excellent customer service policies

• general administration (e.g. filing, scanning, mail/deliveries, invoicing)

• Entering Freight Creditor invoices in system

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

• are adaptable to change

• No scenario is the same and no two days are the same

• have excellent English communication, customer-service and people skills;

• are organized, thrive in a busy multi-tasking role are self-motivated;

• are professionally presented with a friendly positive attitude;

• have strong Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook skills
