Real Estate Sales Consultant | Canberra

Uplus Properties is looking for an energetic and ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing Canberra team.

This is not a role where you are expected to sit at a desk and wait for leads — or build everything from zero.

With an established property management portfolio, existing landlord relationships and ongoing sales opportunities, you will have a strong platform to build your own listings, clients and personal brand.

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and turning opportunities into results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build relationships with property owners, vendors and buyers
• Generate and convert new property listings
• Conduct appraisals and listing presentations
• Manage residential sales from listing through to settlement
• Run open homes and private inspections
• Follow up buyers and negotiate offers
• Identify sales opportunities from our existing landlord database
• Prospect and develop your own client network
• Work with our marketing and property management teams to generate new business
• Keep vendors informed and deliver a professional sales experience

What we’re looking for:

• A confident and positive personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated by results and earning potential
• Good follow-up skills — you don’t let opportunities disappear
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing new business
• Real estate or sales experience is preferred, but attitude and ability matter more
• ACT real estate registration/licence, or willingness to obtain it
• Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Mandarin speaking would be an advantage, but is not essential

Pay: $52,880.00 – $77,838.83 per year
