We seek an enthusiastic and proactive Parts Interpreter to join our expanding Dandenong South branch.
In this key role, you’ll work closely with service technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure fast, accurate turnaround of spare parts orders. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on tasks, and taking pride in an organised workspace, this role is for you.
Manage spare parts enquiries, sales, and customer support
Assist technicians with accurate parts sourcing
Coordinate parts receival, dispatch, and branch stock transfers
Oversee parts inventory and maintain warehouse organisation
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently
Keep up-to-date with product changes and updates
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised parts area
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
Previous experience in a similar role—automotive, industrial, or related sectors preferred
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
Sound computer literacy; experience with Auto-IT is an advantage
A current driver’s licence
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude
Strong team spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement
