About the Role

We are now seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders to join our high performing team at our Eagle Farm Service Centre. Your duties will include:

• Fabricating steel components for mobile and static waste equipment.

• Repairing and maintaining mobile and static waste equipment.

• Inspecting work to locate defects.

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

• Setting up and operating hand tools.

• Undertaking tasks involving specialist measuring equipment and hand tools.

• Undertaking welding in accordance with industry and trade standards.

• Completing all records and paperwork accurately.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) or other equivalent trade qualification plus three years' experience (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience welding various grades of steel.

• Extensive experience with MIG welding equipment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Commitment to safety and following standard work procedures.
