BAR CHEF

Chaplin's is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to help shape the food offering at our growing East Brunswick venue. This role suits a detail-oriented professional with strong kitchen experience, a love for quality produce and the ability to deliver consistent, high-standard dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Chaplin’s is establishing itself as East Brunswick’s newest destination for classic cocktails, carefully curated wines and impeccable service. As we extend our hours and evolve our offering, we are searching for a passionate, professional and creative Chef to join our team.

The ideal candidate will embody the spirit of Chaplin’s — professional, driven and meticulous — with a genuine love for quality ingredients and elevated presentation.

You Will Have:

Passion for Produce:
A genuine appreciation for quality ingredients, seasonal produce and creating dishes that complement a refined beverage program.

Culinary Experience:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and consistency in execution.

Attention to Detail:
A commitment to presentation, portion control and maintaining high standards at all times.

Team Mindset:
The ability to work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
